How can I exchange a product I purchased?

Shipping fees for packages sent by Ricco are covered by our company.
However, shipping fees for packages sent to us for return or exchange are borne by the sender.

How can I return a product I purchased?

3. Shipping Fees: The shipping fee for packages sent by Ricco is covered by our company, while the shipping fee for returns or exchanges is covered by the customer.

5. Return Conditions: The product must be unused, its tag undamaged, and returns are not accepted for personalized products.

What are the return conditions?
